Introducing Sound & Color Arts
Local consideration of Arkansas art and artists and beyond.
Sound & Color Arts is a social impact company connecting communities to the visual and musical arts through education, special events, and philanthropy. Dana Shaw-Bailey is the founder and curator. She focuses on artists in Central Arkansas, providing informational and promotional support and outreach. Dana has a graduate background in instructional design, which she combines with her love of music and the visual arts in Sound & Color Arts.
I will cover live performances associated with Sound & Color Arts, the first being an appearance by Central Arkansas singer/songwriter/podcaster Townsend (Townsendtmusic.com) and her fine band at the Blue Canoe in Tupelo, MS. Townsend’s recent performance at Little Rock’s Town Pump was a beautifully and organically presented treat. Please check back to these electrons for more details.
