Goose - Live At The Capitol Theatre

Goose presents another multinight release from the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York, April 7-10, 2024. This is the largest concert release by the band since Live At the Salt Shed (Bandcamp, April 14-15, 2023) and Live At Radio City Music Hall (Bandcamp, July 22-25, 2022). Since those recordings, longtime drummer Ben Atkind left the band and was replaced by Cotter Ellis. Many of the regulars are here: “Into The Myst,” “Arcardia,” “Madhuvan,” and an extended “Hungersite.” “Echo Of A Rose” and “Rockdale” are particularly and the cover of the Who’s “Eminence Front” provocative.
Goose is that new brand of jam bands with talent and chops to burn. Learning well from their predecessors, the band is free with their material and tours widely, making each show available on Bandcamp. Now that is what music is all about.
